Food Share of Ventura County. Our name lends itself to the job and mission of feeding people. But wouldn’t it be wonderful if ALL of our hungry friends and neighbors were FED UP?

Our event aims to get closer to just that – making sure that everyone in Ventura County experiencing hunger gets FED UP. And this is most definitely a Shindig as it’s not a black-tie gala, and definitely not a ball. We hope you’ll join us in your best boots and jeans as we gather to ensure no one goes hungry in Ventura County.

Artists Needed!

We are looking for one-of-a-kind handcrafted bowls to be featured in Empty Bowls Silent Auction at our third annual FED UP Shindig on September 21, 2024.

Your unique creation will be a part of our showcase and will help us raise funds to fight hunger in Ventura County.

Who attends?

We are excited to welcome the community to our shindig! We anticipate a diverse crowd of 400 community leaders, decision makers, and overall FED UP-ers looking to support the mission of Food Share, while also having one heck of a fun time – in our best blue jeans and boots, of course!
