Become a Ventura County Leader in the Fight Against Hunger
As a board member of Food Share Ventura County, you will do more than fight hunger (though you’ll do that, too). You’ll find reward in serving as a hunger-relief volunteer to help those most in need.
This is a “working” board, meaning our members provide strategic and financial direction to the food bank’s leadership team, and they actively participate in fundraising and networking activities. On average, board members commit three hours a month to this volunteer role.

Our board member application process is currently closed, but openings become available on a rotating basis, so please check back in the future. In the meantime, we encourage you to get involved in other ways — consider volunteering or becoming a corporate partner.
