You will need to personally attend a Senior Kit distribution and fill out a short application to enroll in the program.
Please bring with you:
– a proof of identity and date of birth. e.g., Driver’s license, I.D. card, passport, medical card, etc.
– address verification, if your current address is not listed on your proof of identity e.g., car registration, or any bill with your name and current address

FREE delivery service for homebound seniors
For homebound* seniors eligible for Senior Kits we also have a FREE food delivery service! Sign up is easy.
What’s included?
The food is the same as that found in the Senior Kits – a variety of food types such as milk, cereal, grains, cheese, juice, canned meat, peanut butter, canned vegetables and canned fruit. Food is provided through the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture).
How does delivery work?
We will schedule a time/date. The box will be dropped off at your door.
